Are these the same?

Two sites, two paintings?

Are these the same painting? And why is this painting only available on UFO sites? And where did the extra black spot in the right corner come from? Hopefully, I will get a picture of the original painting, if there is one, and post that,too. I'm sure we'll see even more of a difference then.
